Bullseye is possibly my all-time favorite villain. His
arrogance, his total disregard for human life and his willingness to do whatever
it takes to get ahead is the qualities you want in a villain (unless you happen
to be the hero). His murder of Electra is one of the most shocking moments
for me in comics history.
