Black Goliath #4 comic book from Marvel

I always thought Black Goliath was a good hero that never got a fair
shake. It did not help when the best villain he faces in his first four
issues is Stilt Man, a second rung reject. It was a pretty decent issue
and at least he never had to face villains as bad as Powerman. That is the
guy who faced such powerhouses like the Cockroach and the infamous Mister Fish.
