The one thing I really like about the early Teen Titans is their
strange stories and goofy villains and this one is no different. Take a
revolutionary period outfit, add a feathered staff and have him throw fire.
It is almost like they threw darts at a board to come up with these ideas.
I was waiting for the orangutan in the suit of armor who could turn invisible.
